MilestoneClip is a web-based service that generates celebratory videos based on GitHub repository milestones and user achievements. The Service allows you to:
- Create videos from GitHub milestone data
- Customize video styles, formats, and quality
- Download generated videos in MP4 format
- Access premium features with a paid subscription
User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free and Premium Plans
Free Plan
Free users receive 3 credits upon signup and can generate videos with standard quality and basic styles.
Premium Plan
Premium subscribers receive unlimited credits, access to premium styles (neon, retro, glassmorphism, aurora), and higher quality options (1080p, 4K).
Payment and Billing
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Abuse, harass, or harm other users
- Scrape or automate access to the Service
- Resell or redistribute generated videos commercially without permission
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Videos you generate using the Service are yours to use. However, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display your generated content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with GitHub's API to fetch public repository data. Your use of GitHub data is subject to GitHub's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
